Mullen Engineering, PLLC provides PME engineering services for central and eastern North Carolina, with emphasis on Raleigh, Durham, Cary and surrounding counties. This is in the form of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as well as assistance with construction management. Our customers are architects, building owners and contractors.

 

Chris Mullen, PE worked ten years with Fluor on heavy industrial construction projects and then years as a general contractor carrying out design/build projects before focusing on design engineering.
